We're a start-up home operation under Long Beach's Cottage Food Operation law, and a registered CA LLC — our roasts are roasted in a separate roasting room attached to the house, not a kitchen, even though a label may say otherwise. Full disclosure

Every coffee we roast is single-origin — no blends. That way you can actually taste the place it came from: the soil, the altitude, the care the farmer put into the crop.
These are crops, not products, so what's in season changes — but every bean we roast is washed, natural, or honey processed, each one bringing something different to the cup.
